that's not how it works, Shadowflame crits on enemies below 35% HP, so using twitch E from full HP doesn't make it crit, but yes, the ticks on twitch passive crit since liandry's burn crits.

People cried about damage, they did durability patch. People cried about no damage (people still getting deleted, but no damage), they do this wet dream for assassins. Now people not happy they get 1 shot by 2 random abilities by someone barely ahead. Kind of have to sympathize with riot, there is no right answer. Well, they got rid of stopwatch, so they did good.

Damage is WAY higher now than it was before runes reforged and goes up almost every season, and mana costs/cd go down which contributes to the feeling. One isn't strictly better than the other, but it's very different.

Every AP assassin and mage is looking at Stormsurge... but completely missing that Shadowflame is so hard buffed now, it's ridiculous. I mean yeah- no 20 flat Mpen, 12 is still golden tho... no 200 HP, but 120 AP and basically a watered down version of an execute... Like I'll be building Shadowflame FIRST item on Akali, Annie, Elise, Evelynn, Fizz, Katarina, Karthus, Kennen, Kassadin, LeBlanc, Lux, Nidalee, Shaco, .... and so on... Almost every AP champ really lol
