What a swag haul, you've excelled yourself. I have a lifelong obsession with torches, got a little head lamp with my camping kit but one of those from unilite would be handy in the toolbag. And if anyone doesn't want their lovely pink duck, I'll take it. Didn't know about Band of Builders, like the ethos. Practical help for people often subject to physical and mental injury. Literally everyone needs support sometimes, but men especially are simultaneously shamed for expressing their feelings and for not doing so. From my experience I say pay attention to your friends and colleagues, don't just stick up posters and wait to be asked. Be the one who initiates the conversation. The number one sign of trouble I've noticed is someone quieter than usual. I've got people on my team to feel safe opening up by going first, showing we have vulnerabilities and experiences in common. One minute there's a guy in a corner by himself, unresolved issues rolling around in his head with no way out; a few minutes of connection with another human and he's striding around, head held high, cheerily whistling. It's not always quick or easy, can't solve every problem, but you can do a lot to keep it from taking them down.

Eeeh not impressive 😅😅 I’m from Gothenburg Sweden so got used to having Ahlsell, Toolab, Hornbach, Bauhaus, Derome and a bunch of other shops around. In Bergen Norway selection is limited, and expensive! Luckily it’s not too bad getting stuff online ☺️
