guys think of it this way: Sarah's accent is NOT a bad british accent. It's the Seelie Queen's accent. They've talked about how the Queen is extremely old so calling it just a british accent is kind of naive bc it could be a mixture of tons of things. Sarah copied Lola and though it may sound british, I wouldn't call it that bc they could label it as something completely different and make a backstory to prove it.

The two actresses who portray the Seelie Queen have been doing a great job, their voices are so seductive that they make an evil queen love to hate. But this scene shows how big her ego is and it almost matches that of Valentine's. Simon refuses her, then she kidnaps Maia! And the she faces rejections are like a woman who believes every man would jump in bed with her. Watch out Simon!

alex perrie Sarah is imitating the accent of the young SQ perfectly, that's why it's that way. And it's something called acting, even Dom said himself that when they were on set together they were cast mates and that was nice. Their relationship was left at the door. I think what some people don't understand is that it is not the accent that is the problem, it is the delivery. Death in Supernatural had this mixed accent and no one gave a shit because the acting was captivating. Here she is talking in this high pitch "authoritative"voice without much good performance, that's why it sounds...less good.

I love Sarah and lookwise l think she is an awesome seelie queen but the accent isn't good at all. And watching a lot of British tv doesn't help. I hope they change that if they bring her back. I rather the queen being able to change accent as she pleases that Sarah doing that. It could hurt her career. I don't think she'll get a job where she needs to do an accent. And l do love her and her work. She was the only good thing about the new Dirty Dancing. She is awesome on modern family. Loved her in vampire academy. Just loose the accent.
