Just expanded my Forbidden Fortress focused collection with Blasted Wastes. Added in card packs and Terralisk for good measure. Such a cool subtheme. And these videos are a treat as always. Good resource and a pleasant audio.

When you started this series, I knew nothing about SoB and had zero interest in that game. But your guided tour of SoB has been quite enjoyable. I'm blown away at the breadth and depth of this gaming system. I had no idea they'd cranked out so much content for this game! Love the theme and art! The game looks like a really deep rabbit hole. But a really fun one. Thanks for the extended tour of this impressive mountain of beautiful Ameritrash.

In either the gencon or dicefest stream last year they showed a bunch of feudal village stuff. Looks pretty radically different than the old towns.

After 12 videos in the series I've finally decided the laminated cards are the way to go 😀 Do you have any laminating equipment you would recommend? Or did you outsource the laminating? Great series and I love SoB. I also enjoy the meta gaming known as organizing and storage. Thanks again for the series.

Hi Daniel, first I want to say thank you for all your content. Your videos were one of the reasons why i bought an FoFo sumo pledge earlier this year. I love the theme of the Blasted Wastes but wonder how limited the use will be with only the FoFo Core. Could I use the canyon side of the tiles if I buy additional enemy packs for it? And how much of the content (mine encounters etc.) is incompatible with FoFo? - Lukas

Everything is compatible with everything, just some stuff you only see while playing in certain areas.

I also bought the FoFO Sumo package, it was on sale at about 50% off, I got hooked watching some 'Meet Me at the Table' playthroughs, then watched the first video here with the buyers guide. Have been going through the rest of the videos while waiting on delivery which should be today. Also got Temples of Shadow expansion.

This looks really amazing. Did they ever expand on the number of canyon map tiles? Having an alternative to mines is cool, but probably will have less variety, since all other expansions have mines in them.

No. They never expanded on the canyon. Would have been nice to get one more tile set for sure.

FFP should expand on the Canyon, it is an excellent thematic setting.

I feel like all threat card should have the same back so they can be mixed and maybe on the front side, a small symbol of the world they are from, or just a reference sheet telling in which world they fit in.

Just make a mixed pile and draw from the bottom.

None. :). That KS left a very sour taste in my mouth. So I decided to avoid it all together. I’ve got a video about it on the channel. I think I’m done with major SOB purchases after FoFo. I’ll dabble in card and enemy expansions and that kind of thing.
