This video was filmed in 1997 at The Gompa School in Arlington Texas. Dr. Painter is performing Free Style Small Circle Walking, a method of moving and using Jiulong Baguazhang’s eight palms within the space of a three foot circle. It requires very precise hand and foot coordination in order to honor the principles of kinetic power generation in such a small space .
