10:45 what happens if there's no black swords? E.g. Players agree to rush for 6 catapults then accusing to clear names? Does the accusing count as an action? If not, I don't see why you wouldn't want to rush to the accusation phase while there's no white swords to be flipped.

Another great tutorial! Absolutely love Shadows over Camelot! Seriously though, production value is thru the roof - love the bird's eye shots of the board; card overlays when discussed; and the perfect timing of Haak's tutorial with the corresponding video clips! You guys just keep getting better and better!

Could a traitor (who has yet to be revealed) purposely, wrongly accuse someone of being a traitor? Therefore, turning a white sword black? That being said, how often do heroes win vs the traitor?
@RumBoard2 жыл бұрын
A dastardly plan indeed---but, yes: the traitor can accuse others of being a traitor to turn a sword black! For balance, we haven't played enough to really have a confident answer for you, but the consensus online seems to be that the game slightly favors the traitor, except at higher player counts. Of course, it all depends on the skill of your specific traitor vs your specific heroes..

After this one, you guys should give Settlers of Catan a go.
@RumBoard8 жыл бұрын
Whoa, never heard of that one! Is it good? ;)

+Rum & Board Yeah. And it fits well with Medieval May.

Is Settlers of Catan good? You guys MUST play it now. It changes lives. That and Munchkin.
@RumBoard8 жыл бұрын
Do you have a favorite set for those?
@jamespooh28 жыл бұрын
Munchkin is basically the same except for theme differences. I have Munchkin Legends but any munchkin game theme you all like should be fine : )

Can I tweak this game to play as more than two players leaving out the traitor. Again, thank you.
@RumBoard8 жыл бұрын
yeah, you definitely can! it makes the game easier, but you can just declare that nobody is going to be a traitor, instead of having players draw alignment cards at the beginning. that's how we played it the first time, I think!

Great tutorial. But I have to say I hurt a little every time you mistreated the cards 😂😅

sometimes you sound a little bit like Stan from Monkey Island. Good How to play btw! And the Spy? I hardly know him :D

I have a question about quest. When the two knights are on the same quest and for some reason, one of the knights can't play any action that refers to that quest (other players can play and want to stay), can he go to Camelot without penalty or you must move all white cards and all players go back to Camelot? :)
@RumBoard6 жыл бұрын
Only solo quests are forced to discard their white cards if the knight leaves - any quest that could have more than one knight working on it at the same time is not a solo quest, so you don't have to discard white cards even if the last knight leaves (unless the quest ends, of course, and all cards are removed from it!). Hope that helps :)

Wait. Lancelot and Mordred are not in this game!? What the actual hell?!
@RumBoard7 жыл бұрын
Mordred is; he's one of the bad guys! But not Lanceleot...
@bitethedust35617 жыл бұрын
Rum & Board it's more complicated than that. Mordred is a part of the round table until Arthur rejects the fact that he is Arthur's son and deserves to be the next king. I think the one who was at fault was actually Arthur in this case. I mean, how would you feel if your father disowned you?
@bitethedust35617 жыл бұрын
Also because of that Geunivere thing, most people consider Lancelot as a bad guy too. Such a shame.
