Very clear explanation. Since Tom Vasel, Sam Healey, and Zee Garcia all recommended this game in their "Top 10 Essential Games" review, I decided to watch this review to see how it was played. I think that with a traitor and seven players, it would be fun to play. Also, one thing Tom liked about it is that a player can drop in or out of the game while it's playing.

My big issue with this game is that it moves too slow! I agree that it's good with kids and that the traitor mechanic is really neat but I get so bored through this game. It relies on luck way too much and on your turn you do something so insignificant and sometimes you have several turns of just doing laying down a single card. It gets worse when people start discussing and you sit there waiting to do that one thing. I love traitor games and long games but this is game has too little pay off.

I have a question about quest. When the two knights are on the same quest and for some reason, one of the knights can't play any action that refers to that quest (other players can play and want to stay), can he go to Camelot without penalty or you must move all white cards and all players go back to Camelot? :)

So you can only collect white cards while on camelot? Then do you only go to a quest if you already have all the cards you need or do you travel back to camelot, collect cards, then go back to the quest to finish it? Or does the quest reset if you leave it?

only single player quests do you lose your combat cards if you leave. Remember that you could also get white cards in other ways, either by special cards or abilities.

What happens if you draw a black card for a quest that no one started do i just place it down? Is it possible to loose the quest even though no one started it.

+Delvin Bonilla Yes, you can lose a quest even if there's nobody on it. The bad stuff happens, the relic (grail/Excalibur/armour) gets lost, but since there's nobody on the quest, nobody loses a life. It might be part of the strategy, particularly with fewer players, to avoid quests which are already half-lost, saving the cards for something that might still be won.

The art for this game is anachronistic... plate mail armor had not been invented at the time Arthur supposedly existed.

He also messed up, the traitor gets to do both "Take a card from another player" AND "Perform an evil action".

Boy oh boy ! I was told , when I bought the game, that it could be played solo! How? The traitor has to be removed as a start and then play two or three characters. Fat chance, eh ! LOL. What do you think ? Can the game be tweaked for a solo playing more than one characters ? Thanks.

It was interesting to finally see HOW the game plays not just hearing constant praises from DT guys :) and it looks a bit bland.. all the quest are essentially the same cards laying and comparing, even rewards are same most of the time. Though Ticket to Ride also is all about cards combinations collecting and is fun. But i was expecting more. Probably that traitor possibility what makes it stood up more from other coop games.
