How do you get that?

@@alexcole9325 To acquire that perk, it must be gotten at the jail in the last chapter of the game; You must talk to a prisoner who is whistling in one of the cells, then buy that skill off of him with the prison's currency of sorts (each bit of this currency is about 300 meat each; If you want max stats, that's about 900 meat total; 300 per perk; +1 muscle, +1 Moxie, and +1 Mysticality; "Hard Time Hard body", "Expert Whistler", and "Daydream Believer" respectfully).

@@alexcole9325 just in case you havent gotten it yet, buy a "cracker" in the final area of the game (in the prison) and then find the cell with the whistler
