Just noticed Detective Carrie calls Jill “Boss” before the final battle. That’s such a sweet extra touch- she’s finally grown to respect Jill over the course of their adventure. Also, Croog is supposed to be a little boy around Jill’s age, right? That’s some _fantastic_ bishie hair for a ten-year-old.

The only thing that would be gone from the rom, is the rumble feature, that the cartridge version had. So perhaps if you had a video game controller with the rumble feature, and an emulator that supports the rumble feature, it will work??

One of the best GBA games, and the rumble function makes this game even better. Too bad that Game Freak is now focusing more in Pokémon, don't get me wrong, I LOVE POKÉMON but i really want a new GF platformer like Pulseman, Tempo: The Badass Elephant or Harmoknight. Since Little Town Hero flopped so bad and Pokémon Sword/Shield were mediocre games (At least way better than Diamond/Pearl which are my least favorite games). Mario and Wario was my first exposure to a Game Freak game.

Wow... I miss this game so much. I used to have a copy of it but some asshole in middle school stolen&destroyed it. He got what he deserved after going berserk on him. I really loved how they used some sound effects from Pokemon into this game. A true gem.

Currently playing it and it's pretty neat. who wouldn't love a small fierce girl with her own small mech that takes down big mechanical baddies. It's mech tactic with some sweet platforming.

Throwing this in today to resume I discovered 2 things. 1- My GBA w AGS-101 screen mod has dirty trigger buttons now, and its hard to find NON SP trigger switches to solder on. Dam, of all games- THIS actually require GBA shoulder buttons. 2- This girl in round robot reminds me not only of Capcom's Tron Bonne, but also these 3 obscure NES/GB games I have Adventures of Star Saver/Max and the Famicom precursor Miracle Roppit's Adventure 2100. Seems to be a reoccurring motif eh? Then there's Red Solatorobo on DS, but thats an animal in a goofy mech.

Oh wow, I didn't know this game existed. Thanks for letting me discover this one. I really like the cool robot and the gameplay. Reminds me a lot of Megaman Legends (but in a 2D side-scroller) and that one anime about Kanipan or some similar sounding name.

Just started on this game. There's also a game called Mr. Driller which is completely different from this one. Playing it on my DS lite. I am so used to playing my DSi XL that the lite seems to be so small that's uncomfortable. Too bad my GBA is not modded with a back lite screen, it'd have been the best way to play it.

Mr. Driller has a bit more in common with Dig Dug instead. Not only are they both Namco series, but in-universe they're father and son. Though going back from the 3DS to my DS Lite, I agree the older handhelds' screens are shockingly small.

You seem to know your arcades so I'll ask you. There was a top down shooter with no airplanes. 1st player was blue 2nd player was red. Get standard power ups and bombs. The players looked to be in mechs with a big gun on each arm. I thought it was called X-Zone or Z-Force or something. Please tell me if you find out.
