I honestly can't stop playing, from the nostalgic digimon world music and the spirit battle sprites, to the addictive tamagotchi action gameplay it's actually a perfect progression to the original digimon pet toys! Also what's wrong with tanemon? >:l

Few tips for new players that I’ve learned: train hp and defense a lot so you can start battling stronger digimon. And don’t do the challenge mode battles until you have high levels for all of the stats.

The game looks cool but the digivolutions are random. What happens if you start with say agumon then he digivolves in a garurumon then turns into a seadramon or something you don't want? Do you scrap your digimon and all that training and try again? I'm just saying with the digivolving being so random it doesn't seem like a good idea.

In my limited rom experience as long as its from the official site it should be safe, computers just don't like fan made stuff

Just be aware that you are probably downloading more than just the rom. Not particularly harmful data, but junk data which can slow your pc down, if there is a lot of junk data on your pc. Id suggest you extract the rom exclusively and then delete everything else you downloaded. However this may brake the rom. You have to see what works for you.
