It keeps telling me FAIL! (auth) whenever I try to do this and the download bar does't move. I accidentally hit reset during the first time I tried flashing if that helps. My tablet still works fine, just keep getting that error whenever I try to flash kitkat on now

CompletelyLegit23 no its the same process ok try downgrade to the earliest version of lollipop then from there do the downgrade to kitkat because maybe the version of lollipop u are currently running is patched preventing u from downgrading to kitkat many people have faced this issue and thats the only way around it unfortunately

+Demiann Galic no u shouldnt run into any problems and heres a tip if when u perform the downgrade and it bootsup fine then dont bother doing the wipes in recovery because the wipe is only done if u face problems of the tablet not booting

I have a couple of questions. If I wanted to go from cyanogenmod 13 to Lollipop 5.0, would it be the same process just with a different Tar file? Also, I have TWRP on my tablet, and when I Hold down Power+Home+vol. UP, it brings me to TWRP instead of the stock recovery mode. Would factory resetting with TWRP work too?

yes it would be the same process just download the stock lollipop firmware for your device's model number then follow this tutorial to do the downgrade!! and 1 more thing the reason u see twrp recovery is because u are running a custom rom when u are running stock firmware u will see the stock recovery instead also doing a factory reset wont get rid of cyanogenmod😆

+har4ey leeds the flash u talking about is a special type a flash they do at the phone shop to unblock it i recommend taking itin to 1of those phone shops where u pay to get it unlocked to all networks they should be able tosoert it for a small fee

I saw your debranding tut, and I have a few questions. Well, my first question, unrelated I suppose, is do you know how to make the APN on S6 editable? It seems it's locked/hidden by my provider, the actual settings are hidden, and I can't find a way to change it. Ideas please? ニック debranding will only remove the bloatware but to be safe write down your current firmware details build number kernel number and everything then if u have any problems u can download that firmware and install it back onto your phone

check that u have the same tab as me galaxy tab 4 10.1 or it won't work also make sure your stock kitkat firmware is for the galaxy tab 4 10.1 then put your tab into download mode and reconnect to Odin and try again

Yes it should just download the latest firmware version that u want to downgrade to also make sure the fw is for your exact model number or it will not work i recommend download the firmware from samfw.com
