I haven't been playing sword since arriet rotated out, the new otk sword seems fun. I might try it if i have enough vials. Im so sad that evolve sword is pretty weak without arriet right now

Gunslinger helps you with the rally count, + it's a good removal tool. Highly recommend to include her if possible, although this decklist is kind of old now...

How consistent is evo sword compared to walfrid and control/otk ive only really climbed with control but evo looks p interesting

Evo is my favorite sword archetype, but unfortunately very inconsistent for the meta, the OTK control is by far the most reliable deck at the moment. Although Evo is still good against Sanc Haven and probably Runecraft in general!

I also have lots of problem with these builts, haha. This was more like a meme showcase because Sword is in a really bad spot rn, but worry not, I haven't given up on Evo Sword yet and I'll keep trying to make this deck work properly

As a haven sanct player i pressed concede at the start of the video. I really came to hate sword evo ans otk since eternal. I feel as a punch bag with haven trying to survive in vain!

Okay i did not expect walfrid to even win any games,the deck is just so much worse now,its like a forgotten deck. And evo and otk r still pretty decent,and i see another person who is including mirin,nice ,i been maining her since eternal awakening,u can use all the burst damage u can get. And lol,that heaven player will hate sword for a long time,29hp and still get otked.

Haha true, but I kinda feel like Sword is almost irrelevant again, even with those crazy value cards... And if I had played that first game against Haven better, I should have done a total of 40 damage, which is beyond ridiculous!

bruv shadowverse is weird. you have all the combo pieces - and its turn 8 heavencraft used +5 max HP TWICE and its at almost full HP even tho, by turn 8, you can OTK and there is litte to no way to counter it (unless zug zuggin before dying first). im not even talking about unlimited.

They always seem to do this to Sword from time to time, as Swordcraft has no crazy leader effects and it's a follower based class, they always end up giving them some broken or high-value cards to be relevant again...

pretty much every expansion after the first year of the game sword gets at least one powerfull card along with several supports. this wouldnt be much of a problem if it didnt happen EVERY. SINGLE. EXPANSION. but because the sword gets new storm, tutoring and board flood support all the time you end up with moments where the class becomes absolutely broken for no reason other than cygames not checking whatever having a bunch of high power storms along cost reduction bs is a good thing or not.

@@uteriel282 As much as I agree with you and also hate this concept that cygames use to approach swordcraft, I still like how Sword is one of the most 'honest" classes, with most of the times just winning by playing followers, and not with crazy effects like Ra or some direct spell damage...

@@thezeitverse1699 tbh, i love shadowverse, been playing it ever since rage of baha; its cards are colorful and flavorful but some card desings are dumb af. i cant stand the idea of creating metas where you HAVE to end the game by turn 8-10 with no counterplay what-so-ever.
