I was a bit skeptical about this but as i started my meditation, I noticed how i started to hear myself. I feel that a big part of my shadow self is angry. She expressed to me that, she doesn't feel that she can express her anger. I actually agree, i realized anger was something i always suppressed! Working on allowing myself to feel more. Thank you for this !!!

This was incredibly moving. I couldn’t find a shadow work meditation. Ive noticed I’ve actually been connecting and bonding more with sound and have been studying alchemy for a few years now. Hence why I gave this sound a try. I’m so glad I did. I reached blockages that were buried too deep for me to reach with a guided mediation. These sounds plus using my own Chants helped unlock what was holding me down. I am very appreciative of this creation!

First experience and I loved it ! At first I felt like I was within the music and really felt the vibrations ✨🤍 I always have a hard time mediating staying focused I usually have to use guided ones to help me along the mediation but as I was listening it was like I was creating my own, releasing negative energies, thoughts, and people that weighed me down and no longer served my higher self, purpose 🙏🏽 I really loved this definitely need these when I’m feeling whelmed with negative thoughts or vibrations ✨
