Sounds like you perhaps consumed their spell (most Eastern European witches make dark magic spells that are put in victim's food or drinks. Since you feel physical symptoms when listening I assume it's that type. I suggest if you feel nauseated to use opportunity and throw up. I feel a pressure in my head. Something was trying to pull my head up and make me look at the ceiling. But I stopped that. Something or someone has had a hold of me for quite some time. That person could definitely well be my dad. He was abusive in all forms. Passed in 2015. His negative spirit is attached to me in some way. But I know there are others causing me to feel down and be not myself. They’re causing me to have anxiety, making my hair fall out, depression, anorexia, insomnia, and sleep deprivation and sleep paralysis. Making me feel like I need to off myself. I do not want to die. I want to live a happy happy life. I’m of love and light and they hate that. Why do they try to suck my energy out? Doesn’t help I’m an empath and very intuitive. I’m starting to understand Wicca and paganism and understand what I want to be as far as a witch. But something is causing me to have a block on learning all about who I am. They’re causing me to have bumps on my skin (stress related or mental health related. Sometimes they’re red and sometimes they’re white patchy) that are very very itchy and painful. Causing me to lose so much weight. I hope and pray this shit goes away. I will listen to this until it is over and I will continue to listen to this further more. If anyone has any advice, especially anything that is free of use for (I don’t have any income as I got fired for standing up against sexual harassment that happened to me. Very efficient in that last weeks been tipsy turvy re energy, yesterday positive & chilled whereas at night unable to sleep properly, regardless of sage cleanse or digital detox sage. Wow...I thought I was the only one. This is new to me. It's some very envious people in this world. I live a very quiet life and don't bother anyone. Apparently, their life is miserable because they are messing with me. This thing walks on my bed like a dog at night, disrupting my sleep. Just evil and envious sick people. Return to sender.
