Can you make a tutorial on how to make serum banks and stuff on sound design?
@shadowww4 ай бұрын
@@wydxulo in the future for sure bro! I’m focused on alt rock music related tutorials for the time being just to build back up and get my fanbase familiar with it, I’ll totally drop more tutorials on how to make kits and release them tho!’!!

@@shadowww I have a suggestion with the alt rock related stuff, could you show how to mix vocals for the shoegaze style, or how to mix vocals like quannnic?
@shadowww4 ай бұрын
@@wydxulo In the future I can try bro! I have no vocal mixing experience but a lot of people have been asking so imma give it a try in a little :)

Definitely a plan bro! Gotta wait until I can do that video justice because older generation metal and rock fans are brutal so I don’t wanna get a ton of hate 🤣🤣🤣

@@akmadeit300 definitely gonna look into it, one of the coolest unexpected things about him is he actually uses guitar rig for a lot of recordings and almost always when they’re live!

For sure bro! Right now I have a video on how to record guitar specifically, you can check that out. It doesnt go over mixing or music related stuff tho, I plan on making mixing and recording videos where I actually break down the process of building melodys and stuff ✌

quesion, I was following along on FL myself trying to do something similar and mine seems far louder. Did you have a specific limiter or type of mix on the master?
@shadowww4 ай бұрын
First of all, thanks for supporting and following a long! I’m using the default FL studio limiter on the master that you get on every project file. Mixing is something I’m still learning for rock beats (cuz they can be a bit more complicated) but the number one mixing tip I have for ANY genre is leveling. For this beat, I did turn down a good amount of the tracks, the main guitar and the panned guitars are turned down close to half (especially the panned ones). It’s really good to train your ear, if you feel like something is too loud go ahead and turn it down 💯 trust your gut 🦇

did u chop manually the guitars notes ? or u used the fl chopper ?

Manually bro! I built the melody in the piano roll like I was making a trap progression or any genre, just tried to emulate someone strumming a guitar 🦇
