First thing when you go to court, take all relevent documents, statements, etc. with you. Show them to the judge. Don't rely on memory and what may have been. I attend court regularly and find it most frustrating when plaintifs show up unprepared.

The guy in the back sitting in court room was in court recently in a dispute of a wifi case where he was using his neighbor’s wifi and when she found out due to higher fees she put a password on the account and he proceeded to harass her for the password. She had to take him to court for harassment and he was found guilty. I recognize him sitting there.

I like what the judge said cuz he's telling the truth this man took advantage of this lady because she was first time buying a car she didn't really know too much about car business so he figured that he could take advantage of her and the judge is right he was overcharging her on that percent cuz that is too high and I am glad that the judge went in favor of her and just have her return the car back and get her money back and she can do better than that and find a dealer and always take somebody with you that knows about the car and don't sign nothing until you read it and ask question

For a future episode of Judge Porter, Ben Mitchell challenges a municipal citation he received from Sgt. Mike Garrett for drinking alcohol in a public park. Sheriff Dale Johnston backs up Sgt. Garrett, concerning Mitchell's citation. Mitchell got snippy with Sgt. Garrett as he was getting cited and Sheriff Johnston reeled him in. Judge Porter rules in favor of Mango Park and Mitchell has 3 choices: 1. Pay the $1000 fine. 2. Serve 6 months in the Mango Park County Jail. 3. Both, given Mitchell's level of contempt. In the end, Mitchell is sent to Mango Park County Jail and pay $1000 in fines, as ordered by Judge Porter!!!
