Sure you've already thought of this, but in case you haven't.. posture is very important for preventing carpel tunnel and other wrist issues. Especially keeping your elbows and your wrists at the same height

IMHO The high MMR gets the ghost thing is due to some sort off Swiss pairing math in the matchup calculations.
