In Duos, weak teammate was the most common problem across all quilboar builds (which dominated the meta) so Blizzard introduced Loyal Mobster (which I call Lobster for its red coloring) which is Charlie for you buddy (it plays YOUR gems on THEIR minions). AND works with Drakkari.

simple, he had 5 gold he wants to 2 unit on board so 3/3 menagerie can buff +2/+2. He cannot play 2 minions on board with 5 gold. Thats why cycled smolder to be able to get 2 units on board.

So I understand that “board gamer” has more potential for economy plays, to give more money… but how come “gem rat” isn’t necessarily better than it? Wouldn’t pumping 10 ‘gem days’ in 1 turn with a turbo hog be better than the spells, and minions for gold, that “boar gamer” produces? Curious on thoughts
