Amazing. Each of us in nature have our own life cycle and time cycle. Thanks for the patient capture and share.

Ha, I'm glad you liked the fungi time laps as a change to flowers. I find them both fascinating. Best wishes Neil

I didn't know about this species of inkcap. According to iNat it hasn't been seen anywhere near me sadly but there is always hope I might be the first to find one 😅

Would love to see your setup and process for creating your amazing time lapses. And how do you find a mushroom and get it into your studio. Amazing!

I just found your channel and I'm obsessed 😭😭 Do you think you could do one for Clathrus archeri at some point?

Really nice footage, man. i wish the experts would leave the latin names of mushrooms alone😅 confusing enough as is it with all the stupid common names. Magpie ink cap (what your footage is of) is Coprinopsis picacea. Shaggy ink cap is coprinus comatus. As far as im aware there is no "magpie shaggy inkcap". Edit- p.s with the rate the mycology experts changes mushrooms species and genus names this info is probably already out of date.
