Shah Rukh Khan Reveals How He Bought Mannat

Shah Rukh Khan launched Gauri Khan’s debut book ‘My Life in Design’ in Mumbai on May 15. The book sheds light on her journey as an interior designer. While addressing the event, Shah Rukh Khan spoke about Gauri Khan’s contribution to perfecting the interiors of their house ‘Mannat’. Shah Rukh Khan revealed how he bought Mannat and the time when he did not have enough money to furnish Mannat. King Khan later talked about how lack of money motivated Gauri to start designing her house and later make it her full time career.

Building To build it, srk also had to work like we do..and it was built back in 2001, when srk didn’t have the paycheck he has today. He is not telling he was poor, rather he is telling he worked and to build such an expensive house was even tough for him at that point in time. For a 200 cr building the no. Of sofa’s used at his house were far more than you use at your house, hence bulk order from SA might have been cheaper
