750 grams chicken
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
150 grams curd
8 to 10 green chillies crushed in mixer
1 mace 1 star anise few bay leaves small piece of nutmeg 8 to 10 pepper corns, 3 to 4 cloves, 3 cardomons, few cinnamon sticks
1 tbsp coriander powder
2 tsp fennel seed powder
1 small lemon juice
1 big onion sliced
3 to 4 whole green chillies as per taste
salt to taste
1/2 kg basmati rice washed soaked 30 minutes
salt as per rice
1 tbsp desi ghee
few drops food colour
few drops kewra essence

Hi Im from kerala.I have tasted this biriyani for the first time from bhadharpur boarder in Delhi.SinceI stayed there for almost one month last year to attend a course with my friend.We used to have this everyday for lunch as it is tasty aswell as cheep.I missed it so much and searched youtube and found this video.I thought it will be impossible to make this at my home i thout i wont get the taste from Delhi i was wrong.And the biriyani was awesome Today im making it for the second time.So i thought i should make a comment and thank you mam for the recepie.LOL from kerala❤️

Guys if u r searching genuine comments as to how it turned out to be, pls go make it, it turned out extremely delicious & exact receipe, though method is different but taste is just d same. In tadka, I just added lil jeera, tezpatta & 1 badi elaichi & green elaichi & long, which i dint add in marination. Its the only receipe which gave the exact taste whereas I tried & tested so many Moradabadi pulao's on KZbin. This is extremely tasty & very less issue
