Nothing can beat the kaju masala that we make in the konkan region.....the kaju is the fresh kaju, not dried!!! Uski toh baat he alag hai....they kind of melt in the mouth. The fresh kaju however is available in April / May, so its a yearly treat!!! BTW, bhaware ki gunjan is my favourite song.....the heart soars as Kishore Kumar's voice soars!!! 😊
