We're definitely not advocating this diet. It was more an examination of the extremes she had to go to for this role and she herself says it's "not something I would ever do recreationally." We were also interested in the training she had to do to as a sailor since as she pointed out it's not as easy as it looks.

Why would anyone who has a possible eating disorder watch this...it’s because they want to, that way they can fall into their disorder and feel less guilty. What I can appreciate is she did acknowledge how poor this diet was, and that she would not practice recreationally. What I can’t appreciate, are the ignorant and disgustingly uninformed statements in these comments regarding mental health and a lack of consideration for the control eating disorders have over people. I think we need to experience the impact of food related anxiety on a person before we judge and criticise. Your comments are damaging, please refrain and educate yourselves.
