I was at school once, and my school has a policy that if you forget somthing for a class, you get detention. And I had a clean record. But it turns out I left my Bible binder for my Bible class. My Bible teacher is really strict, and I knew I’d get yelled at. I started panicking. At first it was only my best friend with me, but since we were in the middle of the crowded middle school hallway, a lot of people started to swarm me. I could nearly breath, I got super hot, my ears were ringing, and I felt like I was going to explode. I walked down the hallway, trying to get to the door for fresh air, but I got stopped by the crowd. There were about 15 girls from my grade and a boy or 2. I started crying, and a girl told everyone to leave, and when my best friend didn’t, she started yelling at her, which made everything worse. I wanted to die lol. But the funny part was I just had left it at school and it was in the lost and found. I guess I just didn’t think because u in such a panic. Somthing I recommend doing, that calms me down is praying, deep breths, and quiet time. You are loved.

What do you know.... Exercise a bit, gave my dog a pill, changed diapers on a random baby, made some Bouillabaisse with blue mussel, A bit of Trampoline Twist Moves smelling to some nice lavender Aromatherapy and thinking at the same time how the hell do I find Mr. Freeze... And Voila! What do you know.... 😀
