Yep, I was saying the same thing!!!! The drummer, I think, doesn't really know the music. He's playing like a metronome, or like it's a drum loop.. He's not playing 'in the pocket' or in the groove. When the pianist goes into the 'shout' vamp, drummer is off beat. Interestingly, the 4 on the floor, is derived charismatic shout pattern but.. Anyway
