Please make a tutorial (updated) on how u maintain your quality in Instagram and what are your export settings in Media Encoder or Handbrake, or even the built in rendering in ae!! My videos are so grainy and pixelated after upload. Please help!!

heyy even instagram ruins my quality lmao im so tired but the thing is, you need to make your edit in extreme quality so that it doesn't get ruined much. also I upload from my PC itself so try doing that maybe?
