One thing that I felt the Scoolie really needed, you now have is a passenger seat. That has to be a huge improvement in comfort, as well as for seeing the sights. Riding on a bed in the back had to have gotten very old, very quickly.

When looking at your end product, after watching the complete van build..... I would think everyone should be impressed. Working during the night in the conditions you both had available is a great accomplishment. You'll probably fine tune a few things, but after travels in 4 different states in 2 days, you are vanlife approved.

We just got back from a cross country trip (SC to CA ) in our new sprinter van and we had a blast. What a big beautiful amazing country we live in. GUYZ, FOR YOUR VAN- As you travel about keep your eyes open for an ambulance. Take a good look at his rear step. It makes it REAL easy to get in & out thru the back doors. They're killer! !

I discovered your journey just about three months ago and binged on your videos until I was up to date. You two are so refreshing as a down to earth loving couple. The synergy of your relationship is inspiring. Loved the skoolie but the logistics to keep it on the road I know were daunting. And to downsize to the van was a difficult challenge. Induction stoves work with pans that have enough iron in them so a magnet will stick to the pan. So you need new pans if you want your pancakes to cook correctly.

COOL to see the weight. My build was 400lbs (did a very light build) and I love to see other builds and the weights. Walmart restocking nights are the best!! IKEA is cool as well! Can your front seats rotate with the doors closed? On the Transit you have to open the side doors. Not a big deal UNLESS it is -40!!

The van turned out great I have one frying pan (with a removable handle) and one pot The plates get stored in the frying pan, the bowls in the pot Any more than that isn’t needed and leaves space for things I do need

The stove you have is induction. You had your stove on volume 6. Don't be afraid to turn it up to 9, or even 10 for high heat. That beeping is letting you know the magnet on the bottom of the pot was detected.
