Hi Charlie, sorry for the delay in the reply. I have already done a video on speechmaking techniques kzbin.info/www/bejne/Zp67hJqBiLaXibs which you might find helpful. As a rule of thumb, you could imagine your speech in three sections (although they don't necessarily have to be of the same length). The first section should focus on establishing a rapport with your audience as well as your credibility/authority to be speaking on the subject. The second section could focus on the current negative situation which you wish to change while the final section could set out your planned action and the positive consequences of this. You need to take your listeners on a journey - from the depths of despair to the heights of enthusiasm.
