You shouldn't be critiquing a Spanish song if you don't understand the lyrics or the message behind them. She created this song to defend her nanny who was wrongfully terminated without pay by her ex. She did a wonderful job with the song and defending the working class.

El Jefe means the Boss. Fuerza Rejida translates to Rigid Force. They are a group from San Diego I believe.
