She has done better performances in recent years. The setlist songs has no sense at all, doesn't follow a timeline of her musical career or a concept, looks like her sons choose the setlist for her and at last minute. Same goes with her singing and dancing. The playback track is overedited with high-pitched vocals, she's not singing live (not something to discuss in a MTV VMA performance) not even trying to. She dances like she's hurry up and that dress doesn't help her, again it looks like a decision made at last minute. She has become in a lame spectacle having some greatest hits, nice body and the enough money to bring a worthy performance

It is a playback and there is a lot autotune included too in this performance.
