@@abbysettle461 for seat height… your thighs should be roughly parallel to the ground. For pedal technique… I like to practice 4 types of strikes: beater touching the drumhead, beater bouncing off the drumhead, heel up, and heel down. The Bonham triplet is tricky. It is the 2nd and 3rd partials of a triplet (2 notes). You need to learn to flick your foot and skip 2 notes quickly. It’s difficult to explain through text. Good luck.
