As much as I hate Modi, I can't hold that against him. It was a common problem in that generation (Modi is the same age as my father) to have mismatched dates of birth because their parents wanted to send them to school earlier rather than have them miss out on an academic year due to idiotic admission norms. However, it does boggle my mind that the freaking PM of the country hasn't bothered to get his documents amended and have the correct date of birth across all documents. That is definitely inexcusable. He's the PM. Who is going to say no to his document amendments?
