Very well done Honb'l minister, you proved yourself. After a long time, sensible and appreciable answers made Karan spellbound. You correctly said many IAS think or others think that all of them are 10-headed Ravana's and 20-handed to keep hands in 20 committees. experienced officials agree with me that they are good organizers but poor knowledge but boast that they know everything in fact they do not know anything but steal facts and knowledge from one officer's specialist and pass it on to another committee as if they know it but in fact, all of their ideas are borrowed. They work with authorities but with no real knowledge in anything. Putting them in many and various committees only makes them feel proud and they can not do justice to any one committee. so hereafter one officer should have one portfolio only so that they can think make ideas rather than symbolically chairing and taking a salary. we should change at least now after 75 years of independence to become independent of IAS. They were appointed because there was no specialist and now many experts are available so the IAS should be phased out slowly as they are part of political corruption and not doing their constitutional duties in spite of the constitutional post they occupy. Most of them are greedy for money and power. They should leave specialist departments only to be administrative. All heads of the department post to be given to concerned department specialists who are working in their department for many years. If anybody is not fit to be head of the department they should resign and go home.

He insisted ptr 2 come to politics. Now ptr asked for different department after winning 2021 TN MLA elections. But stalin changed his department and gave him Finance and Human Resources Department. Stalin only changed his posting. Thats all. Only karunanaidhi introduced him into dmk n politics.

Probably this is one of the finest interview Karan had ever had with any politician. Normally Karan dominates and try to embarrass the interviewee. You are right. The local elitist view of tamil population is carefully nurtured and fine tuned perception by media controlled by brahmins.their views are supported by orthodox upper caste people. Not everyone of them,but still they are very vocal, and they extended this view through social media.their educational background helps them. If one has an unbiased view as a commoner i will give the dravidian parties 60-70% marks,despite the stigma of corruption that is deliberately painted on them.
