Yeah, I think he’s defensively “twitchier” than Haney too. Not saying that based on Haney vs Garcia. But I was rewatching Shakur vs Yoshino and the way he easily ducks, pulls back, and makes fast punches miss is so impressive.

Thank you for a great unbiased analysis. Shakur fights on the front foot in the pocket and counters the majority of the fight. How he gets labeled as a runner, IDK , especially with his elite grappling and controls.

Ok woog , I'm back at cha to comment. Thanks for another video Good brother. I forgot about this guy fighting Frank Martin , so , of of course I favor shakur. I sure can't wait until tank and Haney and Shakur get in the ring with each other. Oh! And lomachenko also!!!!!!!!!! I know I'm preaching the choir but we all can't stand that it takes forever to see these notable fights that we'd like to get 😂. It wasn't this way it seems like back in the '70s , but even in the days of Floyd and others it was always an issue with promoters and the money , so I expect it to continue going forward , unless the turk and Arab money steps in and does a new thing to end this US crap of taking forever to put together the best fights 🤷🏾‍♂️

Hey, Happy 4th. Yeah, it’s frustrating that some of the best and most obvious fights to make often take years to make, if at all. Riddick Bowe vs Lennox Lewis was a missed opportunity. Same with Joshua vs Wilder. Lomachenko vs Mikey Garcia is a more recent one. Us fight fans end up having to speculate on the “what if?”

Interesting! What did you make of his Valdez win? I see Valdez as being a pretty good fighter. Same w/ Conceicao. But yeah, what do you think is lacking in Shakur’s overall game?

Pitbull turned down the fight. So did Zepeda, and we all know that Frank backed out after signing. Shakur can't make these guys fight him.
