[Chop Steak]
1. Cut 300g of beef into large squares, season with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
2. Cut 1/2 red paprika, 1/2 yellow paprika, and 1/2 onion into squares
3. Cut only the white part of 1 green onion and slice about 5 garlic cloves
4. Make sauce (4 Tbsp pork cutlet sauce, 2 Tbsp oyster sauce, 2 Tbsp ketchup, 1 Tbsp honey)
5. Put 1 piece of butter, meat, and sliced garlic in a pan and lightly stir-fry back and forth over high heat.
6. Add vegetables and stir-fry together for about 1 minute, then add sauce and stir-fry for about 3 more minutes to complete.
[Salmon Salad]
1. Shred 1 yellow paprika, 1 red paprika, carrot, cucumber, enoki mushroom, and radish sprouts
2. Thinly slice 300g salmon and spread it on a cutting board.
3. Add about 2 pieces of shredded vegetables and roll them up.
4. Sauce preparation (1 yogurt, 6 Tbsp mayonnaise, 3 Tbsp oligosaccharide, a little pepper, 0.5 Tbsp minced onion, a little bit of wasabi, 2 Tbsp lemon juice (2 Tbsp vinegar))
[Lettuce Salad]
1. Cut 1/2 red paprika and 1/2 yellow paprika into squares and cut 1/2 cucumber diagonally
2. Slice pineapple, 3-4 crab sticks, and 1 apple
3. Wash a head of lettuce thoroughly, drain the water, and tear it with your hands to make it easy to eat.
4. Make sauce (2 yoghurts, 4 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons honey)
5. Put the vegetables in a bowl, add the sprouts (omit if you don't have them), pour in the sauce you made, and mix gently.
