It's not only that the vocals are amazing, but there is some kind of deep pain that adds depth and power to the singing. Some kind of a loss that Charlotte connects to, or that automatically flows through the vocals. Charlotte is literally singing with her heart, and letting that pain flow forward and help others to heal. I dont know if such a process is going on, or not, and if it is going on if Charlotte is aware of it and knows which pains it triggers in her, or not, but that's what I'm experiencing listening to it.
