Yes, that's the Floor Jansen. In my opinion, you've just found THE greatest singer on this planet. Her voice is just amazing! I highly recommend you to watch more of her stuff and mainly to check a band named Nightwish in which she is the lead singer. What you've just seen is only fraction of Floor's capabilities, believe me! :D Go and do the reaction for live performance of Nightwish's song "Ghost Love Score" (live at Wacken 2013). Nightwish plays genre called symphonic metal which is combination of metal music and symphonic, orchestra and opera elemets - the music sounds very fantasy like with some celestial themes. Each of Nightwish song is uniqe and just amazing (Thuomas Hollopainen (keyboardist) is composing genious). Nightwish is best live... Their live performances are from some reason better than studio versions :D
