I strongly suggest you rearrange the fire fuel around the well. Pine needles on top of palmettoes is akin to gasoline, it'll melt your whole operation.

You should add a "Cap" to the system, keep bugs and other things out. Simple use an end, drill hole for water pipe use sealant and your done

Use a drain cap for the size of casing that you used. Drill a hole slithery bigger. Cut the 1” pipe and put cap on well. Place a connection that screws together with a center seal so that in the future you can remove pump for replacement if needed.

I'm getting periodic surging when watering my garden, lawn, etc. No issues for the lat 3 years. I pull water out of the lake. My hoses are clean so the hang up is the tank. I'm wondering if you know where in the tank or factory lines that there may be a filter or where I could flush the entire system as I'm suspecting a build up of algae and other small particles. Especially since some got thru and did clog up the filters in my sprinklers that I took care of. Thank you for your help.

Hey Jim, Thank you for watching. The pump system is not capable of lifting water more than about 25 feet. I was relatively confident it would be just fine but I would simply drill another one if needed. Thanks again for watching!

How do you cap off or seal the 1" pipe into the bigger pipe so nothing is falling down in the well ? Thanks for the video, i am doing the same thing in Marianna Florida.

hey luisratto, thankyou for watching. if you watch the well pipe instaqll again you will see when the pipe gets easy to push downward. thats the depth at which the pocket begins. id say it is about 3- 5 feet of aqua flow. maybe a little more. its a pretty good size. thanks again for watching.

hi randy, thank you for watching. yeg, you drilled a deep well. not a shallow well. you probably just went beyond the 20-25 foot depth and didnt even know there was water there. you must have some very good drinking water!
