Before you go out you can manage your auric field. Visualise it, see it and you can pull it in, make it smaller. Then it is a sphere around you when you stick out your arms you can touch the edge of your aura. Then visualise a royal blue covering your whole aura on the outside. Like a shield. I just recently found this and I have started listening to this while going to sleep. I have to say there is something very real with this! I've only done 2 listens so far but but on the first night listening I fell into a really deep sleep, when I woke up the next morning I felt really well rested and I actually had slept for an hour less than I normally do! I haven't slept like this in years! I also had a good overall feeling of positivity and wellbeing that lasted all day long! On the second night listening everything that happened the first time happened again but the effect was a little more intense but in a good way. I was somewhat of a skeptic and expected minimal results with this but ended up having my mind blown with the result! I can't wait to try this again tonight and it will now be part of my bed down routine from now on. For those in doubt just give it a try, I don't think you will regret it!
