I once did a course over two weekends with Joska Sos a hungarian shaman who grew up with the shamanic tradition in his country, then mooved to Belgium. I only remember certain technices of voice sounds, but more interesting stages of initiation with exact fysical signs, even depicted in ancient cave drawings in France: why no of the videos on You Tube on shamanism say anything about this? It sounds like very basic knowledge without this one can not realy make any progress. A dangerous omission in the new shamanistic practice.

Thank you Aion. I have been able to journey but so far have only just met my power animal and what I perceive as guides and witnessed that experience. I didn't ask questions I suppose as I wasn't sure that it was appropriate in that space. I will be able to be a more active participant in my journeys after listening to your video. Can you help me with why I’m not able to journey? I’m open and willing, I visualize an entry but I don’t enter the journey state. I have taken three classes, this is something I feel very drawn to but I don’t journey. I do get a lot of pictures and scenes, which I write down the ones I remember but there’s usually so many I can’t remember them all. I’d really appreciate any guidance please.

Thanks for your sharing and question. First, I invite you to let go of the belief that "you can't journey". If one cannot journey for several times, does not mean one can't. When I started journeying, I had to try a dozen times and nothing was emerging. I did not give up and continued without doubt or frustration. You just need to believe, when your system is ready, it will happen. Classes and journeying in a group are great, but sometimes your mind needs more time, especially if it is highly analytical or rational. On a technical note, the drumming music is very important, you need to have a decent headphone or listen to the beats and tune to them. The beats should be safely loud and immersive, not to be like a background music. Beats open the door of the Imaginal. Below is an example of clean drum beats. Thanks for your question, Jeff. No, day dreaming is a personal fantasy, when the person has control over what the fantasy is. Journeying is an interactive meditation, when the person does not project much control over what emerges in it. Blessings.🙏

@@jeff-9608 No, taking over not the right word. It is more like being open to insight and wisdom one receives related to one's intention for the journey. People who practice meditative journeys, must be well grounded and comfortable with it. Also, it's best to practice journeys within a shamanic community in the local area, or attend a workshop guided by a seasoned practitioner.🙏

Hi ! I got to meet guides finally and had a conversation with fox. I have been seeing fox for a whole year now in short psychic visions and my sister keeps giving me fox stuff cause she says fox makes her think of me for whatever reasons and i randomly got a fox lighter that i saw later in a psychic vision too (this lighter was preventing a temple door to be shut).. but when i got out of trans state i couldn t remember any of the conversation ! I know i had a fluid conversation for the first time but i cant remember any of it.. what can i do ? Practice more ?

Great to hear you have many synchronicities related to Fox. That's usually a confirmation. Even if you don't remember the conversation, the value of the connection remains within you.
