Hi Michael! Hope you're feelin better. I resonated with this alot. I used to have nightmares of big dogs looking at me through windows..even 2nd-3rd floors. It creeped me out. (Even tho I like dogs ) I finally said enough is enough. I made the intention, if it happened again, I'd remember I was dreaming and stop it. And I did!!! I said "ok I am here now and this is going to end". I never had the dream again. Both of your books together sound like a good combo.

What a wonderful interview. I typically don’t remember my dreams and when my husband shares what he dreams and how he controls them I am always envious. On the rare occasion I do remember my dreams I often wish I could go back into that dream when I’m woken up such as this morning when my alarm went off I woke up from a dream where I was touring Italy with Matteo Bocelli and our connection felt like a brother and sister or very close cousins and I was so sad to leave that dream this am.

Before I was fully awake to all of this info. I had a week long series of dreams of Paul Newman. We would walk together and he was giving me his wisdom. I need to find my old journals of what he told me. But he had a beard so he was the older version of himself.

Ok, I've read lots and lots of Jung's work, and never saw that quote. He did say though that for example a patient of him who claim to have gone to the moon, did in fact go to the moon. That imaginal act was a real experience for that patient. (sorry for my poor english)

I apparently could not tell myself I could fly, so in my dreams, I would jump to pretty high ceilings, like in a sports arena. I did this in a lot of dreams. Now I have very little dream recall...age??? I did have recall of a dream obviously provided...but don't know why, and it was a 3-part dream, -- in reversed sequence. It was about endeavoring to escape possibly a super volcanic eruption from CA, and heading East. I picked up three people obviously not in survival prep. A nuclear cooling tower showed up in each segment, and there was outbreaks & death from radiation poisoning. Obviously, it was not prophetic, yet it had to be provided, because I have never had any reversed "serial sequence" dreams. Anyone else?

My key to lucid dreaming is sleep meditations with affirmations it periodically slightly wakes me up just enough to be lucid. This can sometimes be a bad thing for me if it’s a negative type of dream I don’t like remembering those.

talking about our guides, I am talking a lot to Archangel Raphael one day I asked let someone say have a nice day, as I was walking, 10 minutes later, a woman said to me lively a great good morning, next day one said have a good day, I asked raphael to give me a1010 sign and got it during the day. Yesterday I asked him to give me a big sign and I was watching a hallmark movie and right in the middle of the moving Chef Raphael showed up if this is not a sign wow I think I am in tune with Raphael

You obviously thought the message was slow down when you saw it, do you think the accident could have been prevented if you'd integrated the message more? Do you now think maybe it was a small warning (or one I like even better)/reassurance for later reflection, (if you hadn't bounced back so easily mentally) you'd be ok after the accident, just like the bird??? The Hotel key that was shown was number 202, and the room that was shown was with a double bed, almost exactly like the room that I was staying in my apartment in Laos (now in Australia). I have dreams about flying often. But there's a catch. I can't seem to fly very high or far. It's like there's something preventing me from going farther. The faster I try to fly, the more resistance I encounter. In another set of dreams I'm looking for my deceased wife but no matter how hard I try or how hard I look, I never seem to be able to find her, or she's distant and never close. I wish I knew what was going on.

Easiest way to fly in a dream is to look at the point you want to get to and say there...its the easiest for me...I always find when I try to take off from the ground in an upward motion most of the time i can't get off the ground..lol

And not sure I want to continue with this path. It can be very stressful environment. I feel a pull in a different direction? Just started remembering my dreams but my dreams are so quick. Im always nervous around my bosses. (Family ran business). I’m always cold and have a heater on at work. I Just remember looking at my boss and next thing she is turning up thermostat and walks away. you might not be able to use a midwife in your journey too complicated with twins, personally I have never experience people with twins have a midwife if there is a problem there is no doctor there be careful, most twins are premature you won't bring them to term
