You can also go and apply for asylum with this method. Also, I am a Bulgarian citizen. Bulgaria and Romania will also join this program within 1 year I will seek asylum in the US as soon as I join. While it's great to hear about your interest in working in the USA, it's important to note that you cannot work on a tourist visa. To work legally, you'll need to apply for a work visa such as the H-2B visa for temporary non-agricultural workers. However, these visas have specific eligibility criteria and application processes, and obtaining one can take several months to over a year. It's advisable to consult with an immigration attorney for personalized guidance. So in this day and age, I would strongly consider emigrating to the USA. Europe offers more than the USA in many areas, and citizens pay a lot more there. And not to forget the high crime rate and gun murders say it all, high cost of living, much less vacation and leisure time, the medical and hospital costs are frighteningly high. And you should emigrate to the USA, whoever does that today is beyond help. As a tourist yes, but certainly not to live there.

@@shamayevlaw You mention the “American Dream” here, did it ever exist, I think not. The rich and super-rich have their dream because they can use their money to oppress and humiliate others. And that's what's happening there, because the American Dream is no longer accessible to everyone, that dream has become a nightmare. Why do many people, including high-ranking professionals, leave the USA to live better in another country? What is happening in the USA is nothing more than modern slavery and manipulation. The USA is no longer what it used to be.
