I believe you have to apply for F1 Visa. Later you may get a job and your employer can apply for your GC. Or you may also apply for EB2 NIW GC.

Dear Sir, 1. At the outset, you should have put the Disclaimer that you are a PhD; otherwise it's quite misleading. 2. Please advise, if a person like me who has a Masters (MBA in my case) from USA, can apply under EB1 category and get the Green Card in 1 year as you could? If not why & this clarity would make your video more relevant. For your reference my H1B shall expire next Decemberwhen I shall be completing 6 years of being in USA.
