Top 4 would require some 70-73 pts. In the last 28 games we got 40..., calculates to 54-55 pts a season, mid table. Let's add some compensating for injuries , suspensions etc... so 60 pts at best, well below 4th place. We are easy to score against and that is something super difficult to compensate even with Solanke the saviour in place

I was on Savva's livestream a few days ago where he was debating a "positive" Spurs fan (FHTV vs Tottenham "logic" TV) He legit thinks we will have an 81 pts season (for reference, Liverpool had 82 pts last season). This club man.

Thought i would throw this in here, in Ange last season at Celtic for big part's of the season he benched O'Riley to start Aaron Mooy. And nobody can tell me this wasnt somewhat of a pals act and to help his countryman get fit for the World Cup that winter.

Weve been bad ever since Pochs lasts season. But this transfer window, its incredible. Weve done everything the opposite of positive. I dont really understand how people can be so positive, and call me negative, after everything we have been seeing. I think its because we beat Hearts and Kobe and a K league team that is making them positive. We finished the season getting smacked by everyone. We re-signed Werner, signed a couple of 18 year olds with no prem experience that no matter how good, should not be starting lots of games this season. Weve sold and loaned a bunch of squad players (would normally be cheering about finally getting rid. But we have European football and have not replaced them at all.) We hired 2 A-league coaches. Everything past our defensive line is obviously just not up to scratch (Apart form Sonny. But even he looks at sea at the moment.) Our academy guys do look more of a team than our first team. But what are we going to do? Bring a bunch of 16 to 18 year olds in to compete in the prem? Yeah, that will work. You feel the players we do get in now are going to be pretty much panic buys because we need the players. And then we will be stuck with a bunch of mediocre players again. I saw Wolves score a peak Barcelona type goal against Leipzig the other day. No way in hell could we score a goal like that. Which leaves me thinking, where the hell are we this season. I am very worrried. More worried than I have been for a while.

The problem with tottenham i wouldn't say is the total amount of money spent is the type of players we buy. We would rather pay 100 million for two average players than spend 100 million on one good players. Levy logic is more is better

Ange away one way or another by October. Angry meetings behind the scenes will commence in earnest come the window closing and by October relationships will be gone. Align that with poor start to the season (which I expect until VdV, Romero, Udogie, Richy all back and match fit) an Oct departure inevitable. He could walk though as opposed to club sacking him

Does Levy lay out his transfer budget plans to the managers when they have an interview. As in does he tell them I only want to pay this amount in wages for this type of player, etc. Because if he does, then it is sort of up to the manager whether he takes the job or not, whether he thinks it is realistic or not. If he doesnt, well then its still the managers fault, well no, youd think Levy would want his managers to have the knowledge for that sort of thing before they go into it so they could plan around it. I dont know. I just find it hard to believe that the manager, I should say head coach, would be wandering around aimlessly, not knowing what the club can and cant achieve for players.

As a Hammers fan it's quite refreshing to watch this show with modest and realistic Tottenham fans. Big up Savva, Stel, Igy, Maz and the rest of the panel (I don't know your names fellas) you gave decent analysis of the situation at your club, I can imagine how much negativity you get from Levi lovers and other deluded Spurs fans who claim every year they will win the league after first 5-7 games.
