Ronnie Wood was friends with Mick Taylor as far back as the mid-1960s when the latter was a member of The Gods.

They both look like they are doing good. Ronnie looks like the shape he was in back in 2002 all over again .. twenty years younger. Taylor looks healthier as of late as well. Good stuff.

@@HangFireStonesPodcast Ohhhhh Ha now I see why they both look as such. I honestly thought this was recent as Ronnie likes to play lil gigs etc. and I thought.. man these guys took off a decade or two from their age and I don't know why or how? Still they were great then and would be still great together now Ima sure as you noted. Looking forward to more of this night here.

Ronnie is s hell of a musician. Not his fault he joined the Stones when there peek writing period was on the wane. The Some Girls sessions produced some great stuff as evident from the in the can stuff and Tattoo you. But then some very good songs here and there. Some Bass Players are to this day influenced by Ronnie's bass playing with the Jeff Beck group. Very good riff master with Faces. In many ways the Stones held him back to just playing his part with very little input.
