That’s the “if you can keep it.” statement that Benjamin Franklin made when asked what kind of government we had been given. It’s the citizens job to be the final checks and balances. The judiciary has just sharpened its teeth from the lack of house keeping done by citizens. Now they will throw you in jail for asking questions and let you lawyer up on your own dime. Our restraining order that must be sworn oath to by appointed and elected officials has been ignored, directly after swearing oath to it since the day after the constitution was ratified. So we have about 200 years worth of house keeping to do in order to call our selves free citizens. Other wise the arbitrary law the judiciary serves themselves by will continue to drive debt upon our posterity.

After a couple years or less he will go in front of the judge again when there isn't the cameras and news, victims, and release him early to probation. I would bet every last dollar I have on that. All the theatrical crap this judge is doing is just a show amd it's infuriating. He should've denied the plea and told them come back when there's a deal with him doing 20 or more years in prison. @@edwardscott3262 seems like every single person in the public sector is corrupt Now-a-days. My memory was of respect for living a median life to be taken care of for life. Both my parents were noble servants. Now they all have high end vehicles, lake homes and side-by-sides. Their own restaurants bars and social clubs. It should only be that way if you serve and produce in the private sector. My parents needed their private sector jobs too.

TAXPAYERS BESEECH A NATIONAL SAFETY NET FROM PREDATORS ... Taxpayers implore a transparent "NATIONAL REGISTRY" with "ADDRESSES" of fired, quit, and transferred (BAD-APPLE) police officers! National registration is mandated for "THE SEX OFFENDER" The registry must also be extended and mandated for BAD-APPLE police officers!

If anything, the people who should be made an example of to show no one is above the law, regardless of the crime, and should NEVER get a plea deal, or the opportunity to resign/suspended with pay/administrative duties pending an investigation that shouldn't be done by one of their own are those who took an oath to protect and to serve and violated it on any and all levels.

This was a empire of criminality from a police chief 😢and it crossed state lines so I'm sure he should have a Rico charge ? But hey 800$belts make magic happen to the good ol boys

That guy’s the poster child for special treatment. “Arrested him” for stealing $, but let him out on bail paid with stolen $, then let him rack up another $100k on the Utica Fire Dept card to make sure the taxpayers paid off his youngest two kid’s college. Insane. Watch he’ll be out in less than a year.

If even a penny of the money he stole our things was paid for with FEDERAL money..... Then ANYONE who is a citizen of America should be able to say there peace if they so choose! You know as a single father of two little girls and also helping take care of a elderly mother sheet my father passed a few years back....... Taxes keep going up along with the price of everything, while wages and my mom's social security is NOT going up at the same rate...... It really Ts me off when government uses OUR hard earned money for themselves all while getting PAID in TAX MONEY with a VERY VERY heafty salary in the first place. While our elders likes my mom can't even afford to eat all month if she didn't have family to help. Yet she is told her $1500 a month or so is too much to qualify for food stamps or other low income programs. Whole also having crap health care where she pays around $100 in co pays to see her doctors reach month and around $320 for her medication.... So that leaves around $1100 for mortgage, utilities, necessities, far payment/insurance and food......

Not only was he getting a tax payer funded paycheck, but he used tge city's credit cards for his personal spending, stole cars and committed fraud by trading them in for personal vehicles which he sold and put the money right in his own bank account, aaaaand used taxpayer funded employees to do work on his personal property.
