4:43 Darkened Skye was not built from the ground up with the Skittles ad in place. Originally you were supposed to collect colored stones, like the cover of the game, but Skittles decided to sponsor the game and the stones were replaced with Skittles, along with new voice acting.

Darkened skye wasnt shamelessly put in there, the developers of the game actually aproached skittles to make a game about them but the developers loved the game so much they tried to remove as much of the skittles as possible. do your research

In the original 2009 release of Ghostbusters: the Video Game, there are two advertisements. One for Doritos and the other in the sewer tunnels on Shandor Island. The Doritos Advert is not actually an advertisement, but rather on a delivery truck. The other advertisement is found later in the game, when you're on the Island of Shandor (a Ghostbusters antagonist) with the guys (Pete Venkman, Egon Spengler, and Winston Zeddemore). This an advertisement for the Ghostbusters 25th anniversary rerelease of the first film, and the disc is located in the sewer after draining the black slime from the sewer.

One of the charms of the GameCube version of Pikmin 2 was the real-world brands like Duracell batteries, Vlasic pickle jar lids, and Skippy peanut butter. Sadly, these were replaced by more generic brands in the Switch version, such as Super batteries and Ribbon's peanut butter.

I think one of the more tastefully done ads was the Mountain Dew/7 Up ad in Yakuza 0, I didn’t play much, so I don’t know if there’s more, but from what I’ve seen, they just appear as healing items in shops.

Imagine Guinness advertise for promoting Resident Evil 9, be like: *Leon S Kennedy's beer of choice because he's Irish descent through his late Father and Italian through his late Mother *Guinness also Redfield siblings beer of choice aswell due to their Irish heritage *in the US,Guinness is only about 21 years or older but the game it self Rated M for Mature but in Europe though is only for 18 years or older which similar to PEGI ratings
