I really enjoyed this, it's so refreshing to hear that they all got on so well. I have been watching it again on Netflix, I forgot how great it was. Tina said exactly what I was thinking when looking at it again, about how everyone got their moment, funny or sad on the show. That is why it worked so well, you really got to live every character.🤗

So glad I got a chance to see the original Shameless UK crew even though we were missing quite a few faces during this, but this was still great. I didn't discover Shameless until 2008 during Season 4. Now I know Season 5 was actually airing live during 2008, but in America where I lived I came across Shameless on the Sundance channel, and during 2008 Sundance aired the episodes from Season 4. Obviously I was hooked from the first episode I saw. Which was Episode 5 of Season 4 when Frank gets kicked out the house by Monica, and Debbie starts dating for the first time. After being hooked I went back and watched every episode up until the finale in 2013. A big reason why I have so much love for Shameless is because I can relate to so much to the story of the Gallagher family because my family mirrors a good bit of their family situation. After going back I really fell in love with Fiona because I am the oldest in my family and had to assume a similar role as well as Debbie once Fiona left. My favorite character was Debbie 100%. Rebecca Ryan was born for the role of Debbie. Such a strong lead and I thought she was the original female lead for the Gallagher bunch for a while until I went back and saw the first two season when the original Fiona was around. Which after seeing Fiona the first couple of seasons, I really wished she would have stuck around a little longer. But it was really cool to see Fiona's return in the Finale and it was so sweet when she met her baby sister Stella for the first time. Debbie was so so good in that role and grew into the role as she matured. It is amazing seeing the GREAT Mimi Maguire after all this time. She looks amazing and continued her weight lose journey after the show. She looks good. I know this is long winded but this one of my favorite shows of all time if not my favorite because of how much this show related to my real life. I can speak for ages about my love for this franchise.

@@randomguy-hs3px The creator for the British one, Paul Abbot, also created the American version, and the first season of the American one was damn near a mirror image. There were some similarities with season 2 but then it went in a totally different direction after that. The only thing by the final season that was the same was Carl becoming a cop.
