She was 15, OK a child legally but old enough to be held liable for a criminal offence in the UK meaning the legal system believes she knows right from wrong, she knows the possible consequences of a criminal action. Great news. Delighted she’s finally been told that her attempt at getting back into the UK has failed. I thought it was very cynical and pathetic of her legal team to dress her up like the girl next door, complete with baseball hat. She made a decision and now she has to live with the consequences. This ruling has finally slammed the door shut on any more legal attempts to allow her back into the country she turned her back on. Never mind , maybe the SNP will try something.
