Dear Listener, this recording has some copyrighted music in the video so YT plays ADS to collect revenue for the record company. I have no control over the ads that appear as it is all KZbin placing ads for the music companies as I used copyrighted material in this old recording. My channel is not monetized so I make no money from them or the ads that appear. I try not to use copyrighted music anymore. If you purchase a KZbin premium subscription you can avoid ads. The responsibility is all on your end.

I was one a tenet of Coleman Barks...great misrepresenter and soulful mistranslator of Rumi. We both fell from our horses when we encountered Shams Tabrizi. Drinking tea with a youthful Francis in the bazzar...along came a poet, who with one gesture, pointed outside, an old man, silent, spoke volumes into our souls. THAT is my master, he said. ...And we understood.

All religions point to the same thing. I feel sadness when I think about the millions of people that are fanatics attached to a dogma and think of other religions as something bad, bringing conflict and disaster. All religions talking about same truth with different terms. In essence the truth is beyond the religions which work as pointers to Truth.

Samaneri, thank you very much for this beautiful channel! I feel like this is a new level of absorbing spiritual teachings. Through the open receptivity of listening these teachings sink deeper into oneself than when one is reading with narrow attention. I would like to ask you whether it would be possible to upload your readings both with and without music. I am not against music per se but it would be beautiful and an even deeper exp to just listen to your voice rise out of silence and return to it - the silence/Silence which all spiritual teachings point to. Everyone could choose according to his/her taste and mood between music and silence and the teachings could also reach those who do not want music. Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into this channel and I am looking forward to hearing what you think.

Thanks for your suggestion and I appreciate your point. I just tend to go with my intuition with these recordings. Some I do with music, some without or the most minimalist soundscape as possible, only as an aid to meditation. I can't really do both for one video all the time as it will involve even more time and my video lists/uploads will become enormous! Thanks for understanding and I trust you can connect with those audios that work best for you.
@NI-un8wr4 жыл бұрын
I can understand that. Keep going with your intuition, and if there is a silent one here or there I will savour it. But of course I will also listen to all your other recordings and I appreciate the ambient music you choose. Thank you!

I believe in justice but when I think in these terms about someone I can't even imagine the sort of payment because it makes me suffer for them only by thinking about it. I've always tried to warn them to prevent the unfortunate outcome but they considered I was conceited to dare teach them, I being a teacher by birth and profession!😊
